There is a procedure that I have been following since I started taking the more potent medication 💊

That is to stop taking them to get some general idea of what might be happening on the inside.
I would abstain until the pain reached a level that mandated taking the 💊💊again.
I do that to “sort of”!”find out if I really need them.🤷🏽‍♂️

It took about 48 Hrs before the pain was significant again.

Only slight pains at first … As suspected, the pain gradually increased until it reached the point where I could honestly say “Yup…! You need to take them!”😏

The timeline:
The last 💊was Midnight 00:18 on 15.April…I resumed at 03:44 on 17.April

So, I have decided that every 14 Days, I will stop and check again.
In the meantime, like the video says, why not take advantage of the “effect”?

If the walking were part of an official athletic competition, maybe I wouldn’t, because the medication 💊 is actually on the list of Drugs banned during competition… 😵‍💫

But hey, it’s just me competing against me so…?😈

When I started out this evening, the idiot in me was planing to walk every day.🤦🏽‍♂️

After 1.2 miles, the half of my brain, that still functions rationally, decided it might be better to try 2-3 times per week.😏

So… that’s all for now. I’ve got some projects/ideas floating around in my head but… at the moment that’s all they are so… you’ll know when I know!😏
